Handle a data access or deletion request

If someone asks about data in your campaign, first verify the requester’s identity using your established process. In KickoffLabs dashboard, open the campaign’s Leads, search for the person, and open their lead profile. For an access request, use the available lead data or a scoped export. For a deletion request, review the selected lead and use the profile or bulk deletion control only after your own retention and recordkeeping review. Deletion may not be reversible.

For data KickoffLabs holds about your account, or for a data processing agreement, contact support@kickofflabs.com. For campaign form consent, review the KickoffLabs Privacy Consent field and your published policy. The tested KickoffLabs field requires acceptance, but its editor did not provide the old automatic policy-link target; add a visible policy link separately and test it.
