At KickoffLabs we provide you with a downloadable CSV export which includes your leads and the data associated with each lead. You can download an export of all of your leads, or use our Lead Filters to only export leads that meet certain criteria. Below you will find a brief overview of the various data fields you will find in the Lead Export.
email – the email address for this lead.
social ID – the unique ID assigned to this lead.
verified – indicates whether or not this lead has verified their Email address? (Business and Enterprise plans with Email Verification enabled)
referrals – number of direct referrals for this lead. A direct referral is, for example, when person A refers person B.
verified referrals – number of direct referrals that have verified their Email address.
total referrals – includes the full referral tree of direct and indirect referrals. An indirect referral is, for example, when person A refers person B, and then person B refers person C. C would be a direct referral of B and an indirect referral of A.
total verified referrals – the full referral tree of direct and indirect referrals who have verified their Email address.
score – this leads contest score
rank – how the leads score compares with other leads in your campaign. The user with the highest score would be Rank 1, the second highest Rank 2, and so on.
signup count – the number of times this lead has submitted your signup form.
referral Email address – the Email address of the person who referred this lead (if applicable).
referral social ID – the social ID of the person who referred this lead (if applicable).
fraudulent – indicates whether or not this lead has been found to be fraudulent. (Business and Enterprise plans)
opted out – indicates whether or not this lead has Unsubscribed from your campaign. (Business and Enterprise plans)
bounced – indicates whether or not Emails to this lead have been marked as undeliverable. (Business and Enterprise plans)
spam – indicates whether or not this lead has marked an Email from your campaign as spam or if one of the Emails from your campaign was spam filtered. (Business and Enterprise plans)
do not email – indicates whether or not this lead has opted out of receiving further Emails from your campaign. (Business and Enterprise plans)
waitlisted – indicates whether or not this lead is included in the waitlist rank count.
manually blocked – indicates if the lead was manually marked as fraudulent from the lead card.
manually approved – indicates if the lead was manually marked as legitimate from the lead card.
source name – name of the KickoffLabs page or widget that the lead used to sign up to your campaign.
source id – KickoffLabs ID of the page or widget the lead used to sign up to your campaign.
UTM Source, Term, Medium, Campaign, and Content – UTM data captured for this lead.
IP address – IP address of the lead.
url – the URL of the page that this lead signed up on.
referrer – the URL of the page that led the lead to your signup page.
share url – this is the unique share URL for this lead. It includes the social ID for the lead so they can be given credit for any referrals who sign up through the link.
thank you url – this is the unique thank you page URL for this lead where the lead can check their referral progress.
location – general location of the lead.
hidden – Specific to Shopify Rewards integration. Indicates whether or not the lead is a “hidden.” lead in the contest.
ab test name/page/variation – Includes ab test data captured for the lead.
