If you’ve checked your Status page and are seeing incorrect or no referral data, there are a few things to consider:
- The referring lead typed the referral URL incorrectly when sharing.
- The link to the Status page was clicked directly without the referral ID attached.
- The user has secure privacy settings or extensions on their browser that prevent this type of information from being sent along.
