Add a Read-Only Client to your Account

This guide walks through add a read-only client to your account for account and billing settings.

To add a read-only client to your account:

Section titled “To add a read-only client to your account:”
  • From the top menu bar, click the “Account” button
  • And then click “Team”
  • Click any of the buttons shown below to add a new person

On the next page, add the First and Last Name, and Email Address of the user you are inviting. This user CANNOT have an existing KickoffLabs account associated with their Email Address. If they have an existing account, you will get an error message. Read-only users can view reports, leads, pages, and import signups - but cannot make any changes to the pages or campaign settings. In the campaigns list, click the “View” button next to any campaigns the user should have read-only access to.

Once you’ve made your selections, be sure to scroll down and click the blue “Add This Person” button. If you need more assistance, let us know at support@kickofflabs.com.


  • Confirm the setting, export, integration, or message changed where you expected in KickoffLabs.
  • If this affects leads, forms, referrals, emails, or integrations, submit a fresh test lead and verify the result end-to-end.
  • Save the campaign URL, test lead email, screenshots, and any error messages before contacting support.
