Use a custom email From address
Open a campaign’s Emails → Sender & compliance to set its From name, Reply-to email, postal address, and unsubscribe footer. The KickoffLabs screen keeps email sending off until the postal address is saved. Use an address on a domain you control and send a test message to inspect the received headers and links.
For a branded sending domain, open Account → Email settings → Sender domains. The KickoffLabs page asks you to start a support-assisted setup for DNS, deliverability verification, and provider configuration. Landing-page DNS is a different task. Do not copy another account’s sender records or paste an API key into an email. See custom email providers.
