This guide walks through how we measure contest roi and how to update the calculations for leads, messaging, and tracking.

KickoffLabs offers the option to run on your campaigns where you can see a simplified Return On Investment (ROI). See more on the reporting options that we offer on campaigns here.

has been generated. The value is the sum of the numbers below it. We provide the dollar values for lead activities in your campaign based on industry standards, but you can update these values as well. So, if you know for example, how much an email address is worth to you then you can update the calculations. How much value has been generated

*Viral Boost Leads (referred) *- is a value calculated by multiplying the monetary value for the “Viral Boost Leads” and the number of leads which came because someone used a KickoffLabs share link *Leads not Referred *- is a value calculated by multiplying the monetary value “per lead” and the number of leads other than from Viral Boost Leads (total leads minus Viral Boost Leads) Views from Sharing - is a value calculated by multiplying the monetary value “Per Share View” and the views which came from viral boost sharing Shares & Engagements - When a lead takes an action such as sharing your campaign to social media or engages in another activity on your campaign. *Viral Boost Orders (referred) *-The total of orders received to your store that came from a KickoffLabs generated referral. Orders not Referred - The total of orders tracked.

Each activity has been linked with certain financial value, which can be changed by clicking “Reports” > ** “Change how this is calculated” from within your campaign to access ROI Configuration Options. This is also accessible under Setup > Advanced Settings “ROI Configuration Options” ** ROI Configuration options.
