Build an advanced KickoffLabs lead workflow

Start with the least custom path that meets the workflow. For a form already on your site, use AnyForm. For events sent out of KickoffLabs, use Leads → Lead delivery → Outbound webhooks. To create or update leads from another service, use an Inbound webhook or the developer API.

KickoffLabs dashboard shows the campaign ID and API key under Campaign settings → Developer access. Treat the key as a credential; keep it on your server and never place it in page HTML or a public URL. Build against the current Leads API and webhook reference. Use one synthetic lead and confirm identity, referral attribution, consent, tags, and retries before processing real traffic. If a provider offers a prebuilt Zapier path, Leads → Lead delivery → Zapier may be simpler to operate.
