Change a Facebook share preview
Open Pages & forms → Shared settings → Sharing to set the campaign’s default share title, description, and image. If one hosted page needs different metadata, open Pages & forms → Manage → Page settings → Sharing and set its override. Save and publish as needed.
Copy the exact URL visitors share, including its domain and path. Enter it in Meta Sharing Debugger to inspect the title, description, and image fetched from the public page. A page on your own website uses that site’s metadata, so update its Open Graph tags there. If a previous Facebook post still shows an old card, compare the debugger result with a new share before changing the campaign again. See troubleshoot a stale preview.
