Slack integration

This guide walks through slack integration for integrations and lead sync.

Steps

Section titled “Steps”

KickoffLabs can push new lead notifications to your companies Slack. Here’s how. This integration requires a KickoffLabs Premium level or higher plan 1. From within your Slack dashboard navigate to ‘Add Integrations’

  1. Search and select the ‘Incoming Webhooks’ integration. new_slack_webhook_notification

  2. Select a channel and Slack will generate a URL for you. slack_pick_channel

  3. Copy the URL that’s shown slack_copy_url

  4. Within a Kickofflabs campaign select Setup > Integrations from the top navigation bar. Then select Slack.

  1. Paste that URL into the Slack URL field within KickoffLabs Screenshot

  2. Click “Update My Slack URL” to save. Now your Slack channel will receive new lead notifications!

What to check after

Section titled “What to check after”
  • Confirm the setting, export, integration, or message changed where you expected in KickoffLabs.
  • If this affects leads, forms, referrals, emails, or integrations, submit a fresh test lead and verify the result end-to-end.
  • Save the campaign URL, test lead email, screenshots, and any error messages before contacting support.
