Track a single-page signup with GA4
KickoffLabs dashboard supports a page-level GA4 ID and campaign-wide tracking scripts. The former single-page guide installed an old tag through Setup → All Settings and mixed Google Ads conversion tags with Google Analytics. Use the control that matches the measurement you need.
Install one GA4 tag
Section titled “Install one GA4 tag”- Open Pages & forms → Manage → Page settings → Tracking for the page and save the Google Analytics 4 ID. Alternatively, use Pages & forms → Shared settings → Analytics & tracking scripts for one base tag across all campaign pages.
- Open the published page in a fresh browser session. Check GA4 real-time or debug view for a page view.
- Complete a test signup and inspect which events occur. A KickoffLabs post-signup view may stay on the same URL, so a destination page view may never fire.
- Mark the event that represents a completed signup as a GA4 key event only after you have verified it against a new KickoffLabs lead. See Measure signups as GA4 key events.
If you also use Google Ads, configure its conversion tag as a separate task and test for duplicates. The KickoffLabs shared screen offers status-page conversion scripts, but their behavior should be verified on your particular KickoffLabs flow before launch.
