Remove or return leads to a waitlist

Removing a lead from the waitlist keeps the lead record but removes its leaderboard and reward eligibility. Use this when a person has already received access or should no longer compete for a waitlist position.

One lead

Open Leads, select the person, and use Remove from leaderboard in Lead actions. Check the Lead status section to confirm the result. The available action changes after removal so you can return the lead when appropriate.

Several leads

On Leads, use a filter or search to find the group, select the relevant row checkboxes, then choose More actions → Remove from waitlist. The header checkbox selects only the current page. To restore selected leads, choose More actions → Return to waitlist. Confirm the resulting statuses and public ranking before relying on the change.
