Show a privacy policy on a landing page
Keep an accessible privacy policy at a public URL and check it from the page visitors will use. The old Privacy Policy landing-page theme and its automatic consent link were not present in the tested KickoffLabs flow.
For campaign-wide rules, open Pages & forms → Shared settings → Terms & conditions and save the reviewed copy. For a KickoffLabs signup form, open the editor’s Settings → Page → Signup form → + Add field → Privacy Consent. This adds a required checkbox with a consent statement. The tested field configuration has no link-target control, so verify any separately placed policy link on the published page. See privacy consent setup.
If you host the policy as another page, publish and test that page first, then use its final public URL in your signup-page content. Check both desktop and phone layouts and submit a test signup to confirm the consent is required. Seek advice about policy content and consent wording that apply to your audience.
