Fix a missing post-signup redirect

1. Open the source page’s KickoffLabs editor and check Settings → Page → Post-signup confirmation. Confirm that it is set to a custom URL or another KickoffLabs page, rather than Stay on this page. Check the exact destination address.
2. Publish the source page after changing its KickoffLabs draft. If the destination is another KickoffLabs page, make sure that page is published and its public URL opens.
3. Check Pages & forms → Shared settings → Share & redirect for the campaign-wide post-signup destination. A page-specific choice can override that default.
4. Open the source page’s public URL in a fresh session and submit a new test lead. Verify that the lead appears under Leads, then check where the visitor lands. A test in the editor preview alone does not prove the public redirect works.

In the local KickoffLabs pilot, public form submissions created leads but the browser did not visibly transition to the post-signup view.
