Connect Jotform submissions to a KickoffLabs campaign

The old Jotform guide put a lead email in an Instant signup redirect URL. KickoffLabs dashboard still lists instant-signup examples under Pages & forms → Shared settings → Instant signup, but that page describes links for existing subscribers. For a new Jotform submission, prefer a controlled server-to-server workflow.

  1. In KickoffLabs, open Leads → Lead delivery → Inbound webhooks and create a named endpoint. Copy its URL to a secure integration configuration.
  2. In Jotform or an automation service, send a test submission with email or phone, plus any allowed fields, to that endpoint. Map the submitted identity consistently.
  3. Confirm the lead under Leads, then inspect referral and status behavior. An external survey confirmation page will not automatically become a personal KickoffLabs status page.

No Jotform account or webhook was connected in the local test, so the exact current Jotform field and redirect controls remain to be validated before publishing a provider-specific screenshot.

For the form-side event setup, follow Jotform form webhook instructions. Submit a fresh form response and check the resulting KickoffLabs lead.
