How to Edit the Account Profile Information?

This guide walks through how to edit the account profile information? for account and billing settings.

To update your profile information, please, follow the path Account > Account Settings Account settings

and then click on Edit Account Profile. Edit Profile

On this screen you will be able to edit your account’s:

  • First and last name
  • email address
  • Time zone (changing the time zone here will impact the view of your reports)
  • Company name
  • Phone number
  • Postal address Please note, that the name and postal address will also be shown on invoices. After making changes, make sure to click “Update my profile” to save your changes! Need help? Email support@kickofflabs.com

  • Confirm the setting, export, integration, or message changed where you expected in KickoffLabs.
  • If this affects leads, forms, referrals, emails, or integrations, submit a fresh test lead and verify the result end-to-end.
  • Save the campaign URL, test lead email, screenshots, and any error messages before contacting support.
