Turn off a campaign popup or embedded box
In KickoffLabs dashboard, open Pages & forms and identify the Popup or Embed source used by the external site. Open its Manage menu and review the available status or publishing action before changing it. A draft source stays invisible externally, while a published source can appear where the current campaign script and placement code are installed.
To stop showing a Popup or Embed on a particular external page, remove that source’s placement or trigger code from the host page and publish the host change. If the campaign script also supports another active source on the same site, keep the shared script. Test the live page in a fresh browser session; cached pages can delay visible changes. Do not assume the old Campaign Box switch in classic screenshots exists in KickoffLabs.
