Require email verification in KickoffLabs
Open the campaign’s Emails → Verification email and configure the message. The KickoffLabs screen describes verification as confirming ownership before scoring and the automatic reply. Set Sender & compliance details, including the required postal address, then enable the verification message and send a test.
Submit a synthetic lead through the published source. Check the lead’s unverified state in Leads, follow the verification email link, and confirm its status and score update. If the email does not arrive, check spam, the sender settings, and the lead’s bounce or opt-out state. This email flow is separate from Mailchimp’s subscriber opt-in mode under Leads → Lead delivery → Mailchimp. Do not infer one setting enables the other.
