Scoring and rewards overview
Open a campaign’s Scoring & actions section to set points on signup and direct referral, choose whether verification is required, and add tasks leads can complete. The active action list and lead-facing preview help you check what participants will see. Set up scoring and actions.
Open Rewards to add unique point thresholds, name each milestone, choose whether it appears on the page or in email, and add an optional image. Reward email messages are edited and enabled separately in Emails. Set up reward milestones.
Use Leads to check an individual lead’s score and recent activity. For a one-off correction, record a manual point adjustment. Test a signup, referral, and milestone with new leads before announcing an incentive.
