Link to campaign pages from an automated email

Open the campaign’s Emails screen and expand the automatic reply, verification email, or a reward email. The current rich editor has Insert link for selected text and an Edit HTML source option. The old page-search picker shown in earlier screenshots was not present in the tested KickoffLabs editor.

For an ordinary page link, select the text in the message, choose Insert link, and enter the published page URL. This creates a fixed link for every recipient.

For each recipient’s personal referral or progress destination, add the status_page_link token instead:

The token uses the campaign’s configured post-signup/status URL. Check Pages & forms → Shared settings → Share & redirect before testing it. A hand-typed fixed URL does not automatically include a lead’s referral identity in the KickoffLabs rich editor.

Save the message, send a test to an address you control, and follow the link. Check the target page, lead identity, and referral information. See personal status links for more detail.
