Connect KickoffLabs to Zapier

Use Zapier to start a workflow from KickoffLabs activity or use Zapier actions to update campaign leads, points, and tags.

Find the campaign connection details

1. Open the campaign and go to Leads → Lead delivery.
2. Under Connected services, select Connect beside Zapier.
3. Copy the Campaign ID and Campaign API key when Zapier asks which KickoffLabs campaign to connect. The key authorizes access to this campaign, so do not share it in screenshots or support messages.
4. Follow Open the KickoffLabs Zapier app to create a Zap. Choose a KickoffLabs trigger or action, connect the campaign, and map fields in the next app.
5. Submit a fresh test lead or perform the event used by the Zap. Run Zapier’s test, inspect the destination record, then turn on the Zap.

The Zapier screen also links to its setup guide. The destination’s available fields and consent rules vary by app. If a Zap fails, compare its campaign ID to the campaign you tested, inspect Zapier’s task error, and check required destination fields.
