Publish and test a campaign
Finish the draft, then verify both the campaign pipeline and the visitor’s signup experience before sending traffic.
Publish the intended version
Section titled “Publish the intended version”- Open Pages & forms → Edit for the page.
- Preview the saved draft on desktop and mobile, including Signup and Post-signup content.
- Select Publish page. Return to Publish & test and wait for the source to be live. A publishing or failed status needs attention before testing.
Pages publish individually. If several pages collect signups, check each one’s address and version. Preview shows the saved draft; a live page can still show the previous published version.
Run the campaign signup test
Section titled “Run the campaign signup test”In Publish & test, find Run a campaign signup test. Enter an address you control and select Run signup test. It creates or updates a real lead through the campaign pipeline, and enabled emails or integrations may run. Use an address intended for testing.
Check for Test Passed and use Open lead to review the result in the correct campaign. If the test fails, read the displayed error, correct the source or configuration, and try again. Test again after publishing a new version.
Test the public form separately
Section titled “Test the public form separately”The dashboard test does not submit the public page. Open the live URL as a new visitor and:
- Submit the form with a different test address and inspect required-field behavior.
- Check the post-signup confirmation and personal sharing link.
- Open a download if offered, and check any custom redirect.
- Find the lead and its answers in Leads.
- Verify enabled email and integration delivery separately.
A passed pipeline test cannot confirm that a button, image, custom script, or public form works in the browser. Review the actual page on mobile too.
