Create a reusable email template

A template is the HTML frame around a campaign message and its compliance footer. To change the content of an automatic reply, verification email, or reward email, open that campaign’s Emails screen instead.

Create or copy a template

1. From Campaigns, open account Email settings → Email templates.
2. Select New template, or select Use as a starting point beside Legacy Email or Minimal and Responsive.
3. Enter a Template name and edit Template HTML. Keep {{ email.html }} where the campaign message belongs and {{ footer.html }} where the compliance footer belongs.
4. Select Save and preview. Review the layout on desktop and phone-width email clients, including its footer and links.

The KickoffLabs campaign Emails screen links to this account template library, but the tested screen did not expose a template selection control. How an account template is applied to a KickoffLabs campaign still needs product confirmation. Before changing a live campaign’s design, confirm the selection path with support and send a test email.
