Lead Tags

Tags allow you to categorize and group leads together. You can also optionally provide a lead additional points with the tags.

There are two ways to use KickoffLabs’ tags:

Option 1: REST API

The REST API is used like other parts of the KickoffLabs API from your own backend.

Option 2: KickoffLabs’ kol.js

The kol.js tag API allows you to add tags to leads directly in the browser. This is typically used to provide points for a lead performing a custom task on your own website.

All requests to the API must be authenticated with your API key. You can find your API key for each campaign at:

Dashboard > Setup > All Settings > API Access
