Add Google Analytics to campaign pages

Last reviewed: 2026-09-23

KickoffLabs dashboard offers a Google Analytics 4 ID on each page and a separate campaign-wide script area. Decide whether you need tracking on one page or every campaign page before adding code.

  1. Open your campaign’s Pages & forms list.
  2. On the page you want to track, open Manage → Page settings → Tracking.
  3. Enter the Google Analytics 4 ID and select Save tracking.

The page-level setting runs alongside campaign-wide tracking. You do not need to repeat the campaign script here. Clear the ID and save to remove this page-level connection. For KickoffLabs pages, page settings are separate from the visual editor.

  1. Open Pages & forms → Shared settings → Analytics & tracking scripts.
  2. Place base analytics code in Header scripts — all pages or Footer scripts — all pages, following the installation instructions from the analytics provider.
  3. Use Header conversion scripts — status pages or Footer conversion scripts — status pages only for code meant to run in the post-signup/status experience.
  4. Select Save tracking scripts. The page explains that campaign-wide scripts affect every published page.

Custom header, footer, and conversion scripts may require a plan that includes tracking scripts. The page-level GA4 ID and the script area are separate controls; avoid installing the same base tag in both unless you have a specific measurement reason.

Open the published page in a fresh browser session and inspect your analytics provider’s real-time or debug view. Then submit a synthetic lead and check whether the event you intended to measure appears. A saved ID or script does not by itself prove that a conversion event is firing. If your signup and post-signup experiences span different domains, review cross-domain measurement in your analytics provider before interpreting sessions.
