Understand contest score
A lead’s contest score is the campaign point total used by experiences such as leaderboards, waitlists, and milestone rewards. The score can come from joining, direct referrals, completed actions, and manual adjustments, according to the rules configured for that campaign.
Set campaign rules
Section titled “Set campaign rules”Open Scoring & actions. Base scoring has Points when someone joins, Points for a direct referral, and Require verification before scoring. Save the values, then review any active actions and their point amounts. Rules affect every signup source in the campaign. See the scoring guide.
Inspect a lead’s score
Section titled “Inspect a lead’s score”Open Leads, then the lead’s profile. The page shows their score, contest rank, direct referrals, status, and Recent activity. If one lead needs a correction, use Adjust points with a positive or negative amount and a reason. See the adjustment guide.
When a referral or action does not count as expected, check the referred lead’s signup, verification, and fraud status before changing the scoring rule. Test with a fresh lead and allow processing time before comparing ranks across the campaign. Review the lead profile.
