Add a privacy consent checkbox
In Pages & forms, open the page’s KickoffLabs editor. Select Settings → Page → Signup form → + Add field → Privacy Consent. Enter the consent statement as the form label, optionally add help text, and add the field. Preview both the form and a test submission before publishing.
The field picker describes Privacy Consent as a required checkbox, and the published KickoffLabs renderer enforces the checkbox as required. The current editor does not offer a link target in this field’s configuration. It also does not automatically link the field to campaign terms, as the former editor did. Put a separately tested link to your policy or terms in page content if your page design supports it, and check the published result before collecting leads. Do not paste HTML into the checkbox label expecting it to become a clickable link.
