Review an account pause
From Account overview, open Plan & billing. Eligible paid accounts may see Account lifecycle → Pause account → Review pause. The review screen states the current charge and what happens to campaigns and leads. Read that screen before confirming a plan change, and export any leads you need for work outside KickoffLabs.
The old article’s fixed monthly price and exact billing-cycle claims are no longer safe to rely on. This local test account displayed an Enterprise label but did not expose the paid-account pause review; opening the route led to an upgrade screen instead. If Review pause is absent or the terms are unclear, contact support with your account email and ask for the account-specific pause terms before taking action.
