Campaign email and messaging
Open a campaign and select Emails to manage its automatic reply, verification, and reward emails. The same screen contains Sender & compliance, where you set the from name, reply-to address, postal address, and unsubscribe footer. Enabled campaign emails remain off until a postal address is saved.

The Manage email templates link opens the account’s reusable template library. The tested KickoffLabs campaign Emails screen does not show a control to choose a saved account template for a campaign email; see the template guide for that open product gap.
For Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Zapier, notifications, and webhooks, open Leads → Lead delivery. These connections serve different purposes from the messages sent by KickoffLabs. See the integration overview.
The tested KickoffLabs dashboard Emails screen has no Send Broadcasts action. The broadcast guide records this limitation while the KickoffLabs path is being resolved.
