Privacy and international data transfers
The old version of this article said KickoffLabs was certified under the EU–US Privacy Shield. That framework was invalidated in 2020 and must not be cited as a current transfer mechanism. The European Data Protection Board’s overview describes the later EU–US Data Privacy Framework and explains that a company’s current certification and scope must be checked on the official list.
