Set campaign email sender details
Open a campaign and select Emails. In Sender & compliance, enter a From name, Reply-to email, Postal address, and Unsubscribe footer, then select Save sender settings. These settings apply to this campaign’s enabled messages.
The current screen keeps email sending off when the required postal address is missing. Turning on Automatic reply or a reward email does not bypass that gate. Keep the unsubscribe link token in the footer intact so recipients can opt out. Send a test email and inspect the sender, reply-to address, footer, and links before launching.
Account Email settings is a separate place for reusable templates and sender domains. Use it when you need a branded sending domain or an account-wide email design. Customize campaign messages and set up an automatic reply.
