Send lead events with an outbound webhook

An outbound webhook sends selected campaign events to an HTTPS endpoint that you control. Your receiving service must be ready to accept and process KickoffLabs requests.

Add an endpoint

1. Open the campaign and go to Leads → Lead delivery.
2. In Outbound webhooks, enter the destination Endpoint URL.
3. Select the events the endpoint needs. The current form offers New signup, Verified, Referral, Score change, Tagged, Reward earned, Marked as fraud, and Opted out. New signup is selected by default.
4. Select Add webhook. The new endpoint and its selected events appear in the list.

A campaign can have up to ten outbound webhooks. Removing one stops future deliveries to that endpoint; it does not remove existing campaign leads or data already sent. An event may fire more than once as a lead changes, so the receiver should handle repeated deliveries safely.

Verify delivery

Trigger one selected event with a test lead and inspect the receiving service’s request log. Check that the event and lead match what you expected. If nothing arrives, confirm the HTTPS URL, the selected event, and the receiving service’s response. Do not assume that seeing the endpoint on the list means the receiver processed a request.

For the reverse direction, use an inbound webhook.
