Troubleshoot campaign emails landing in spam
Email delivery depends on sender setup, recipient status, and the receiving mailbox. A test message reaching one inbox does not guarantee placement for every recipient.
Check the campaign first
Section titled “Check the campaign first”- Open Emails → Sender & compliance. Save a recognizable From name, valid Reply-to email, postal address, and unsubscribe footer. The KickoffLabs screen keeps email sending off until the postal address is saved.
- Confirm the relevant Automatic reply, Verification email, or reward email is enabled. Send a test to an address you control and inspect spam/junk as well as the inbox.
- Open the test lead in Leads. Check verification, opt-out, bounce, and do-not-email status before assuming the message was filtered.
- Review the subject, links, and body. Use a clear sender name and avoid broken links or misleading promises.
For branded sending, open Account → Email settings → Sender domains. KickoffLabs directs you to support-assisted DNS and deliverability verification. Use only the records supplied for your account. DNS for landing pages is a different setup. If a message is missing, share the campaign URL, message type, recipient address used for the test, and approximate send time with support; do not share provider credentials.
