Connect Klaviyo

Prepare a Klaviyo list and a private API key with access to profiles, lists, subscriptions, and events. Keep the key private.

Connect a list

1. Open the campaign and go to Leads → Lead delivery.
2. Under Connected services, select Connect beside Klaviyo.
3. Enter the Klaviyo private API key, then select Load Klaviyo lists.
4. Choose the target List.
5. Enable Sync custom fields if you want additional captured fields sent with a kol_ prefix.
6. Optionally enable Sync Klaviyo consent back to KickoffLabs. The connection creates an inbound webhook and shows its URL after saving. Configure Klaviyo to call that URL if you need consent changes returned to the campaign.
7. Select Connect Klaviyo, then confirm its status is Connected on Lead delivery.

The connection sends new campaign activity through the existing delivery pipeline. To move leads collected before you connected Klaviyo, export the earlier leads and import them into Klaviyo using its list import process.

Test and troubleshoot

Submit a fresh test signup. Verify the lead in KickoffLabs and the selected Klaviyo list. If it is missing, check the list choice, key access, consent settings, and any error shown by KickoffLabs or Klaviyo. A local connection screen alone cannot confirm that Klaviyo received the record.

For leads that joined before this connection was enabled, use Klaviyo subscriber import instructions after exporting the appropriate KickoffLabs audience. Test the live connection separately with a new lead.
