This guide walks through connect klaviyo for integrations and lead sync.
If you use Klaviyo to send your broadcast emails you’ll probably want to push leads gathered during your KickoffLabs campaign there. Integrations require a KickoffLabs Premium level or higher plan
How to Push New Leads to Klaviyo From KickoffLabs
Section titled “How to Push New Leads to Klaviyo From KickoffLabs”To do this you’ll need to use our integration service. Connection to Klaviyo is available with KickoffLabs paid Premium level and higher plans. From your campaign dashboard, select Setup > Integrations > Klaviyo
Next, select to push leads to Klaviyo.
Here you will need to enter your Klaviyo API key. We try our best to keep external steps up to date, but just in case we’ve also included Klaviyo’s steps to do that here.
Configuring Your Klaviyo API Key
Section titled “Configuring Your Klaviyo API Key”On the Klaviyo side, select your profile in the bottom left corner to get the “Settings” page.
From your Klaviyo settings, select API Keys from the settings menu and create a Private API Key.
Here, you’ll want to either select to Grant Full Access, or at Minimum grant full access to the List, Profiles, Events, and Subscriptions. This step is needed to ***ensure KickoffLabs has the needed data to make the connection to Klaviyo. ***
Once you’ve made your selection scroll back to the top of the Klaviyo API key page and select the Create Key button. You should be taken to your private key where you can click to copy it.
Copy the key and paste it in your KickoffLabs integration settings. Next, select the “Find Klaviyo Lists” button.
If the integration is successful, you should see your Klaviyo lists to choose from. Select the list you’d like to connect your KickoffLabs campaign to.
We’ll then take you to your connected Klaviyo integration where you can always edit/change the integration settings. On this page you can configure additional settings like whether or not to sync Klaviyo consent with KickoffLabs verification.
Get existing KickoffLabs leads over
Section titled “Get existing KickoffLabs leads over”If you’ve already collected leads in KickoffLabs you’ll want to export them to a spreadsheet and then import them directly into Klaviyo. What to check after
Section titled “What to check after”- Confirm the setting, export, integration, or message changed where you expected in KickoffLabs.
- If this affects leads, forms, referrals, emails, or integrations, submit a fresh test lead and verify the result end-to-end.
- Save the campaign URL, test lead email, screenshots, and any error messages before contacting support.
