Change a referral share URL

If a lead’s share link uses a built-in KickoffLabs address, first decide whether you want to change the destination of referral clicks or the address of a KickoffLabs page.

For the destination, open Pages & forms → Shared settings → Share & redirect. Set the default share destination to the desired signup page or URL. Review whether Force default share destination is appropriate, then save the URL defaults. See share and post-signup URL settings.

For the page address, connect and verify a domain under Account → Domains, then choose it in that page’s Manage → Page settings → Page URL → Change URL. Changing a live page URL republishes it and stops the old URL from working. Update links already distributed and test a real referral link after the change. See change a page URL.

If your signup form lives on an outside website through AnyForm or an embed, keep that site’s DNS with its existing host. Configure the campaign’s share destination for the outside page; connecting a domain alone does not move an outside site into KickoffLabs.
