Find email open and click rates
The earlier dashboard had an All Emails report with sent, open, and click rates. That report is not present in the tested KickoffLabs dashboard Reports or Emails screens, so the old menu instructions and screenshot do not describe the current navigation.
KickoffLabs dashboard Reports currently shows lead momentum, signup sources, campaign quality, and estimated value. The Emails screen configures campaign messages and sender details. Neither screen in the local test displays an email engagement report.
If you need open or click data now, identify the message and the delivery system first. For messages delivered through Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or another connected service, inspect that service’s reporting. For KickoffLabs campaign email metrics, contact support with the campaign URL and message type so the available report path can be confirmed. Do not infer email engagement from the campaign’s lead or share metrics.
