You can easily import your existing leads into KickoffLabs using our convenient Import Emails tool. Note: This feature is only available to paid plans. Our paid accounts have an import limit of 10,000 leads per day. If your existing list exceeds our 10,000 email import limit, we recommend using our Instant Signup feature which allows one-click participation in your campaigns. **Here’s how to import your existing list: ** 1. Select the campaign where you’d like to import your leads. 2. From top menu, select “Leads”

Click the ‘Import Leads’ tab.

In the ‘Enter Email Addresses’ text area paste in your email list (each email should be a new line or separated by a comma). Today we only support importing Email addresses, however, you will get access to demographic data inside of KickoffLabs. 6. Click ‘Import Emails’ and KickoffLabs notifies that your leads are being imported. Imported leads can take up to 24 hours to appear in your dashboard. Usually much faster. NOTE: There is an upload limit of 1,000 leads at one time. If you have any issues, please send an email to support@kickofflabs.com
What to check after
Section titled “What to check after”- Confirm the setting, export, integration, or message changed where you expected in KickoffLabs.
- If this affects leads, forms, referrals, emails, or integrations, submit a fresh test lead and verify the result end-to-end.
- Save the campaign URL, test lead email, screenshots, and any error messages before contacting support.
