Adjust points for an individual lead

Use a manual adjustment to correct or award points for one lead. Set up Scoring & actions when a rule should award points automatically to many leads.

1. Open the campaign and select Leads.
2. Search for the lead, then select their name or View.
3. Under Adjust points, enter the number of Points to add or subtract and a Reason. Both fields are required.
4. Select Record adjustment. Review the lead’s Score and Recent activity to confirm the change.

Use a negative number to remove points. Check the lead’s rank again after scoring has updated across the campaign. Keep the reason specific enough that teammates can understand the adjustment later.
