Use KickoffLabs alongside an existing domain
To keep an existing website at your root domain, use a new subdomain such as join.example.com for the campaign. In KickoffLabs, open Account → Domains, add the subdomain, and follow the displayed DNS record and verification steps. Then assign it to the campaign page under Pages & forms → Manage → Page settings → Address.
If the root domain itself should send visitors elsewhere, Account → Domains → Manage → Root-domain redirect has a redirect URL and optional Keep requested path control. Check that this is the behavior you want before changing DNS. For an embedded campaign on the existing site, use Embed or AnyForm instead of moving the site’s hostname. Test HTTPS, the page URL, and referral links after DNS propagation.
