Set up reward milestones and emails

Milestones give leads a reason to keep earning points. Set scoring rules first so each threshold has a clear path to completion.

Add or edit a milestone

1. Open the campaign and select Rewards.
2. Open an existing milestone or select Add a reward milestone.
3. Enter a Reward name and a unique Threshold in points. Add Reward details and an optional image if the milestone appears on a page.
4. Choose Where this shows up: Page + email, Page only, Email only, or Off. Email only sends its reward email without listing the milestone on campaign pages.
5. Optionally select Notify the campaign owner when someone earns it, then Save reward.

Campaign pages and emails read the same reward records. Review both after changing a threshold or title. An email-facing milestone still needs its message configured and sending enabled.

Configure a reward email

Select Edit this reward’s email or open campaign Emails and expand the reward. Write its subject and message, check any email placeholders, and turn it on. New milestones start with safe email defaults and the reward email switched off. The campaign also needs complete Sender & compliance settings, including a postal address, before enabled emails can send. Send a test message and use a test lead to verify the actual threshold event.
